Villa Alegria is a newly built villa in 2012. It has stunning view overlooking Kalo Livadi, Agia Anna and Kalafatis beaches.

Building A: There are 4 bedrooms (2 of which are spacious suites of approx. 60sqm) in the main villa and then two additional private apartments each with 2 bedrooms and 2 en suites separated by an enormous pool and jacuzzi. Simply stunning.
Building B: There are 5 bedrooms (one is a master suite of 55sqm with private terrace) and 4 individual en suite bedrooms.
Perfect for several families, groups of friends or VIPS traveling with an entourage.
Also perfect for events – 1000 sqm of swimming pool lounge area for up to 300 guests.

Kindly note that the maximum number of guests to remain at the property overnight is 26PAX (plus an additional 4 children under the age of 12 years old and 5 pax that can be accommodated as guest’s service staff).
Located in one of the most exceptional parts of the island, villa Alegria is just a mere 300m from the cosmopolitan Kalo Livadi beach. Known for its acclaimed gourmet restaurants and quality beach services, its the summer’s ”place to be”.
Also, at a very short distance you can reach Kalafatis beach, well-known for hosting a variety of extreme sports and featuring a yachts mooring, its definitely worth a visit. And last but not least, Agia Anna beach: the true hidden gem of Mykonos. Discreet and wisely protected from strong winds, this beach is certainly an interesting alternative for a more laid-back experience.
