Paranga is another beach with fine, almost white sand, located in the south part of the island, in the east side of Platis Gialos. It is accessible by boat or by car and is well protected from the north winds.
The rocks found on the one side of the beach give a unique charm to the landscape, while the rock emerging from the deep crystal waters is the perfect diving place for the most adventurous ones. The beach has been exploited in the best possible way.
Even though it is crowded most of the times, it preserves a distinct character in relation to the other crowded beaches of the island.
