Elia is one of the most popular beaches amongst all visitors, even though it is 14 km away from Chora. It can be easily accessed either by car or by bus and has plenty of room for everyone since it is the largest beach of the island.
Homosexuals prefer the right side of the beach, while celebrities and common people make use of the rest of the beach. Elia is the last stop on the course followed by the boats going to the southern beaches.
The beach has deckchairs, a beach bar, water sports and restaurants.
